Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any services with AVON Tourism LLC. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms may vary depending on the service type, vehicle category, or supplier. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Accuracy of Information
Clients and B2B partners are responsible for providing accurate and complete details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, flight information, contact details, and special requirements (e.g., child seats or extra luggage). Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, service disruption, or cancellation without refund.
Availability of Vehicles
While we strive to provide the confirmed vehicle type, substitutions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with UAE regulations. Requests for upgrades or special arrangements may incur additional charges.
Booking and Reservations
Advance booking is recommended at least 24 hours prior to the service to ensure availability. Bookings are confirmed via email upon acceptance of terms. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required before service confirmation.
Payment and Charges
All prices are quoted in USD/AED. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved corporate billing. Additional charges such as extra hours, mileage, waiting time, or special requests must be paid separately. Unless otherwise agreed, full or partial payment is required in advance.
Inclusions of Service
Service inclusions vary by vehicle category but generally include fuel, toll charges (Salik), driver allowance, and standard parking fees. Airport parking and special venue parking charges are excluded unless specified.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period (GMT time zone):
- 15 days or more: 10% of total booking amount
- 14 to 7 days: 25% of total booking amount
- 6 to 3 days: 50% of total booking amount
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: 100% charge
The token/advance payment paid for "Book Now and Pay Later" option is non-refundable.
Refunds Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Transaction or merchant fees may be non-refundable. Unused services like short duration of vehicle usage, early drop-off etc. are non-refundable unless approved in advance.
Vehicle and Driver Standards
All vehicles are maintained to high safety standards. Drivers are licensed, experienced, and comply with UAE RTA (Roads and Transport Authorities) regulations. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or drivers when necessary.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or engage in illegal activities inside the vehicle. Drivers have the right to terminate the service in case of misconduct. Any damages caused by passengers will be charged accordingly. Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.
Waiting Time and Delays
- Point-to-point transfers include up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time
- Airport pick-ups include up to 60 minutes from flight landing time
- For half-day and full-day booking the waiting time will count in total booking hours
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
Luggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten items. All luggage details must be declared at the time of booking, especially for airport transfers.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
